I recently had cozy dog Fireplace servicing my gas fireplace. I can honestly tell you that Sal and 1 the technicians couldn’t have done a better job. The price was very reasonable and they made sure every single thing in the unit was working properly. They spent an extraordinary amount of time, cleaning everything and went above and beyond to make sure everything looked great, I cannot imagine them having to do anything else beyond what they did. They went over and above most service calls that I’ve experienced. I highly recommend Cozy dog, Fireplace.

Cozy Dog installed a gas log set for me 4 years ago. This is not a business who after they do the work and take your money doesn't want to know you anymore. It is a smaller Shoppe that is Big on customer service. They will not tell you "It's Not My Problem", but will do what ever it takes to keep the customer happy. If you want to be "Happy "with your purchase, Cozy Dog is the place to go. Also the log set looks terrific and operates as it should.

The staff at Cozy Dog Fireplace couldn't be more helpful or friendly. I could of sat there and just chatted for the day. Selection was alot to choose from.

We found the perfect fireplace and with their help organizing size, style and when I needed it. We were having a custom built frame at home so picking the right fireplace was important.

The Cozy Dog crew did a good job installing our Harman Absolute43 pellet stove. Dave was extremely attentive to even the smallest details; He came back 3 times after the installation to diagnose and replace a defective clean out tee, which was by no means their fault. Cozy Dog were also honest about their pricing on Harman, and unlike another business in the area, Cozy Dog didn’t push us to get other brands that have higher profit margins for them.

Clear communication along the way too. They kept us informed on parts arrival. They were always on time for our appointments.
